The announcement was made during Sony Music Vision’s presentation in Hollywood, showcasing the company’s upcoming music-related film projects.
According to Variety’s exclusive report, director Sue Kim revealed she has spent an entire year working closely with Lisa on this documentary project. Kim, known for her critically acclaimed work on “The Last of the Sea Women” from A24, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, brings extensive experience to the project. Notably, Kim is no stranger to the K-Pop world, having previously served as executive producer for the Apple TV+ documentary series “K-Pop Idols.”
